Preferred Supplier Bonus Points promotion – Terms & Conditions 1. Promoter The Capricorn Reward Points promotion ("the Giveaway") is organised and conducted by AutoOptix Pty Ltd ("the Promoter"). 2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway commences at 1:00 PM AEST on 1st July 2026, and concludes at 5:00 PM AEST on 31st December 2026, after which time the winner will be drawn. 3. Eligibility Entry is open to individuals or entities who meet the following criteria: - Must be aged 18 years or older. - Must provide all required details: full first and surname, Business name, Active Capricorn account number, valid mobile phone number, email address, and current workshop position. - Must consent to being contacted by AutoOptix Pty Ltd for marketing and promotional purposes as a condition of entry. - Must send a minimum of 20 videos to different clients every month of the promotion. - Must remain an active subscriber to the AutoOptix program for the promotion period. 4. How to Enter Eligible participants must submit their entry by providing the required personal information during the Giveaway period. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 5. Prize The prize is one (1) allocation of 500,000 Capricorn Member Reward Points – to be allocated to the member's active Capricorn trade account. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 6. Winner Selection and Notification - The winner will be drawn by the Promoter in January 2027. - The winner will be notified via the mobile phone number provided in their entry. - Points will be allocated to the member's active Capricorn trade account. 7. Publicity & Privacy By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to: - Be photographed with the prize and an AutoOptix staff member upon award. - Allow the use of the photo for publication across AutoOptix's social media channels and in future marketing and promotional materials. All personal data collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of this giveaway and future communications from AutoOptix Pty Ltd. 8. General Conditions - The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. - The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control. 9.
